We will disclose credit card information to our contracted payment processor who processes credit card payments. We do not retain complete information regarding your credit cards, but only information that allows us to identify the card in your account.

Required Notice Under the Texas Health and Safety Code, Sec. 181.154 Because the HealthCost Service may involve the electronic sharing of certain protected health Information (PHI), such as with Service Providers in connection with their providing their services and with doctors for whom we are assisting with securing medical procedures, we are required to post this notice to clients that their PHI is subject to electronic disclosure.

We may also disclose your information for the following reasons: to comply with any court order, law or legal process; to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it; for any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information; and with your consent.

We may also publicly disclose aggregated information based on information you provide to us or that we collect automatically. For example, from time to time we may publish or disclose to others the most common search queries or other aggregated information.
